Hours a day reported to NEPRA:< 11–33–66–99+nil reported

Years are fiscal years, July to June. FY 2024-25 (July 2024 to June 2025) is the newest year in NEPRA's reports; FY 2025-26 will appear once NEPRA publishes its report (Roshni checks NEPRA's list every day). 2026 so far: Roshni's own month-by-month records

A grey hatched cell, "nil reported", is a 0 the company reported to NEPRA. It is kept off the colour scale because it is the company's own figure, not a measurement and not proof that the power stayed on. NEPRA's caveat below says some companies under-report.

Where Roshni has a company's own published schedule, its row also shows how many hours a day that schedule plans per feeder. These are plans, not measurements. IESCO's depends on the interruption level, which it does not publish, so it is a range.

  • * K-Electric 2021-22: NEPRA reports give 2.6 to 3.4 hours; the value shown is from the 2021-22 report.

NEPRA's caveat These are the companies' own figures, not measurements. NEPRA states that some companies under-report: for FY 2024-25 its monitoring found more than 8 to 10 hours a day in PESCO, QESCO, SEPCO and HESCO.

What these numbers are Average daily load-shedding hours that each distribution company reported to NEPRA in its annual performance report, as compiled in NEPRA's Performance Evaluation Reports. One value per company and fiscal year (July to June), taken from the earliest report that lists the year. NEPRA's FY 2023-24 report link returns an error, so FY 2023-24 comes from the FY 2024-25 report's five-year table.
